Scott Darnell as been with RHI for 27 years and serves as our Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager. Before coming to RHI, Scott worked as a Store Manager at K-Mart. Scott is a straight-forward person who thinks honesty is most important in life. He has been married for 35 years and has one son. Scott enjoys his profession because he likes interacting with all types of people, and he believes that treating people the way they would like to be treated is the key to keeping customers happy. Scott's passion outside of work is music, and sings in a trio and in his church choir.

Nicole Goins has been our Warranty Administrator for over 10 years. Her responsibilities include warranties, employee payroll, assigning loaner cars to customers, and aiding in the service department. Before joining the RHI family, Nicole spent 11 years working for Alley Dealerships. Her son, Holden, is her biggest motivator. She believes that honesty and integrity are the most important virtues to possess. Nicole is an integral part of our team who takes pride in her job and enjoys meeting the needs of people.

Steve York has been with BMW for nearly 20 years. Born and raised in Virginia, Steve served as a fireman for several years. After college, he went to Los Angeles to try to get into film/television, where he starred in a few commercials (although his dream was to star in western movies). Steve was always good at horseback riding. After 17 years in Los Angeles, he gave up acting to commit to High-end car sales, and has never looked back. He values his relationship with God, his family, and his country more than anything. Steve feels blessed to be in the position he is because he thoroughly enjoys exceeding customer expectations to give them a premium experience at a premium dealership.
